Feeling a little flat or flab? Energy levels not what they used to be?
Come and join us for a Low Intensity / Circuit class followed by Pilates.
Pilates helps to build flexibility and muscle strength and is also a
GREAT way to exercise in a friendly environment.
Bring a towel or yoga mat with you.
