Trampoline
Come along and we will teach you how to perform better on the Trampoline. Maybe you have one at home and wish you knew how to do 'tricks' safely and a whole lot better! Children will work through from Level One to Level Four Certificates. We can teach your child how to use the trampoline in the correct manner. Great for co-ordination; confidence; poor muscle tone; fitness etc. Whilst children are waiting for instruction on the trampoline they can use various equipment set up with self- help activities. Classes are kept to a minimum number for everyone's enjoyment!


Stretch and Limber
(for ages 12+)
Tuesday / Thursday (times to be advised - dependant upon numbers)

For the promotional of increased flexibility and muscle tone, this is a great class for the older girls and boys who may seek improvement for this area due to sporting engagements, or even dance engagements. This is also a great class for anyone who wants to build a bit of lean muscle (and get down in those splits) Combining various methods od specifically modified Pilates for Ballet dancers and general stretching techniques, this class is sure to "Limber you up" ny next summer.


Pilates
Pilates is a mind-body conditioning routine designed to mobilize and strengthen joints and muscles to promote a more confident posture and increase energy levels. A no-impact exercise routine suitable for all fitness levels.


Exercise Sessions
CIRCUIT / AEROBIC:
Have fun, Loose Weight, Tone Up and Fee GREAT!! Suitable for 12 year olds to Adults. These classes will improve your strength, flexibility, general outlook on life and make new friends! Classes are 55 minutes in duration and include abdominal and leg strengthening, Taebo training and general body conditioning. Members should bring along a drink and towel, wear light clothing and supportive sport shoes.


8 Ball Roster
Who can enter? 12 year olds and older!
Teams: Need two players per team!
When? Tuesday games rostered from 4.30pm
Sign up at reception by Friday 2nd March to be included in the first tournament at the 'Y'!
